首先，想在这个项目买房的人必须有自己的车，因为没有Skytrain，但它靠近Chalerm Maha Nakhon Expressway，四通八达。也靠近Lotus's、Makro、Big C等大型购物中心。无论如何，这里的项目提供了一个宽敞的生活区，有宽敞的卧室和浴室。重要的是，它价格实惠，非常适合预算有限的人。总之，住户多，有时会造成麻烦，比如乱停车！但没关系，因为保安做得很好。总的来说，我认为它非常适合那些希望以可承受的价格购买优质房屋的人。
